John Dixon USBrC Nationals '24
Coffee competition is in our DNA. The thermal stability, consistent bypass, and smaller ideal dose make UFO a compelling brewer for Brewer's Cup. We are thrilled to make our competition debut through John Dixon, owner of Mad Black Coffee and fellow barista at Black and White out of Raleigh, NC.
John is using the UFO first at the US Brewer's Cup national competition, having already qualified in Bethesda.
John's Coffee
John is using a meticulously crafted blend of two coffees roasted by Black & White: 10g of Wilton Benitez thermal shock Pink Bourbon, layered atop 6g of Nestor Lasso anaerobic Sidra Bourbon.
